We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

1. Standard Shipping – €12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking and insurance

2. Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over €50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). Please note:

  • Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations
  • Delivery times may vary based on destination
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Return Policy Details

  • Return window: 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase: Please include your order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cat hygiene and care products (brushes, grooming products)
  • Opened or used litter boxes and litter
  • Cat food (unless defective or damaged)
  • Custom or made-to-order products

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Product name and quantity
    • Reason for return
    • Photos if applicable (for damaged items)
  3. Wait for approval: We’ll email you return instructions within 2 business days
  4. Ship the item: Send the package to our address (return shipping costs are your responsibility):

Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

  2. Clearly indicate which item you’d like as a replacement
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive and approve your return

Note: If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns
