We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
1. Standard Shipping – €12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
2. Free Shipping
- Available for orders over €50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). Please note:
- Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations
- Delivery times may vary based on destination
- We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Return Policy Details
- Return window: 15 days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase: Please include your order confirmation or receipt
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Cat hygiene and care products (brushes, grooming products)
- Opened or used litter boxes and litter
- Cat food (unless defective or damaged)
- Custom or made-to-order products
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Reason for return
- Photos if applicable (for damaged items)

Refund Process

Exchange Process
To exchange an item:

- Clearly indicate which item you’d like as a replacement
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive and approve your return

International Returns
